Boots, Bets & Bourbon: Saddling Up for PeopleSpace’s 3rd Annual Casino Night

Some events land on our calendar and stay circled all year. PeopleSpace’s Casino Night is one of them, and this year’s Boots, Bets & Bourbon edition at their San Jose showroom might just be our favorite yet.


Welcome to the Wild West (in San Jose)

This year PeopleSpace asked guests to lean into Western-inspired attire, and wow, did everyone show up for it. Cowboy hats in every color you can imagine (red, pink, black, cream, straw), plaid flannels, denim jackets, bandanas, fringe, and enough turquoise jewelry to fill a trading post. A few folks even brought their own hat collections from home. You could tell people had been looking forward to this night.


The showroom was transformed into a full saloon-style casino, with roulette, Texas Hold ’em, and Blackjack tables buzzing all night. Add in delicious food, great drinks, and a room full of friends and industry colleagues, and you’ve got a recipe for a night to remember.

The Booth Was the Place to Be

We set up with a rich wood-plank backdrop that felt straight out of an old frontier saloon, and paired it with a lineup of Western props: cowboy boots, a bull skull, a lasso, a whiskey barrel, a bourbon bottle, a money bag, a bandana, and of course our “Howdy Y’all” sign. Some guests even brought their poker chips right into the frame, which we loved.


What we enjoy most about this event is watching the groups come together. Colleagues squeezing in for one big group shot, longtime friends tipping their hats for a classic pose, and a couple of guests rocking fake mustaches like true outlaws. Every photo had personality, and that’s exactly what makes a booth fun.

A Collaboration We Look Forward to Every Year

This is our third year partnering with PeopleSpace on Casino Night, and it’s honestly one of the highlights of our fall season. Their team puts so much heart into this event, from the theme to the details to the way they bring the community together. It’s been such a great collaboration, and we’re grateful to be part of it year after year.
