Meet Rikki, the Photographer Behind Snapbox Collective
Hey, my name is Rikki
I've been behind a camera since 2003, and photography has always been the heart of everything I do.
Snapbox started in 2013 with a very personal project. For my daughter's first birthday, I built a photo booth out of my own camera gear. Watching family and friends crowd in, laugh, and walk away with prints in hand, I knew I'd found something special. That little homemade booth grew into Snapbox Photo Booth Co., and over the years I've had the joy of bringing it to celebrations all over the Bay Area.
Today, Snapbox Photo Booth Co. and Photos by Rikki have come together as one: Snapbox Collective. Same team, same heart, now all under one roof. Based in Pleasanton, we serve the Tri-Valley, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and everywhere in between.
A designer's eye for every detail
By day, I'm a Studio Director at Gensler, the global architecture and design firm, where I've spent nearly 30 years. I started as an intern and have grown into leading teams and creating spaces where people love to gather. I bring that same eye for experience, flow, and detail to every booth setup. It's why our events don't just look good. They feel good.

What we bring to your event
From the sleek Lune booth to our AI Sketch Bot, where robot arms draw guests' portraits live, to the Glam Booth, Twirl 360 Booth, and Soleil digital booth, every experience is designed to get people talking, laughing, and connecting. I'm also the photographer for most of our event photography bookings, so you'll often see me there in person, camera in hand.
